This product is intended for sale to and use by qualified customers. Adequate ventilation and appropriate personal protective equipment, including protection for eyes and skin, must be used at all times. In the event any goods supplied are proven defective, the Seller’s sole obligation shall be limited to replacement of the defective materials. The Seller shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury, whether direct or indirect, arising from the proper or improper use of this product.

The Seller has no control over the storage, handling, application, or use of this product and therefore disclaims any responsibility for unsatisfactory results. It is the sole responsibility of the User to determine the suitability of the product for its intended use. These terms may not be modified by any verbal agreement.

All information provided with this product is given in good faith; however, it is the responsibility of the end user to verify the suitability of the material for their specific application. The customer is responsible for obtaining and reviewing all applicable Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and Technical Data Sheets (TDS) to ensure compatibility and to avoid improper interactions with substrates.

WiseBond® Floor Epoxy products are designed for specific applications, typically concrete surfaces. Testing prior to full application is strongly recommended to confirm compatibility. WiseBond® Floor Epoxy shall not be held responsible for adverse interactions between its products and substrates, nor for field conditions such as surface porosity, texture, or other variables that may affect the final appearance, performance, or finish.

Epoxy products are specially formulated, and slight variations may occur between batches and orders. Customers should ensure they order sufficient material to complete their project, as additional WiseBond® Floor Epoxy product from the same batch may not be available. Minor variations between batches or orders are not covered under the WiseBond® Floor Epoxy warranty.

If the product does not appear correct during application, stop immediately and contact us before proceeding. It is strongly recommended to measure, mix (if applicable), and apply a small test area prior to full application to confirm satisfaction. WiseBond® Floor Epoxy shall not be held responsible for issues related to appearance, performance, or finish if proper testing was not conducted prior to full application.

Please be advised that environmental regulations governing VOC content vary by state and, in some cases, by local jurisdiction. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in the location where the product is purchased and applied.
