Formulated for extreme chemical resistance and superior UV stability, SparticPro will not yellow, amber, or discolor, even under direct sunlight. This high-gloss, high-build polyaspartic floor coating delivers a crystal-clear protective layer that locks in epoxy flake floors and enhances their depth and color. With a rapid cure time of 4–6 hours and return to service in about 24 hours, projects move quickly from installation to full use.
SparticPro can be applied in both high and low temperature environments, making it a versatile solution for professional contractors and DIY installers alike. When durability, UV-stable protection, chemical resistance, and long-lasting performance are required, SparticPro provides the ultimate clear topcoat for epoxy flake garage floors and decorative concrete coating systems.
Prior to application. Remove excess flakes once the epoxy is cured, usually 12-18 hours later. Scrape the floor with a flat edge trowel or wide floor scraper to knock down sharp flake edges, vertical flake chips protruding, and excess flakes. Removed flakes must be vacuumed clean prior to polyaspartic top coat.

This two-component, aliphatic polyaspartic coating features virtually zero odor, making it ideal for garage floors, workshops, and interior concrete coating applications where comfort during installation matters.
1. Vigorously shake Part B for approximately 20 to 30 seconds.
2. Pour Part-B hardener into part A bucket. Mix for 1 full minute using a slow-speed drill, scraping the bottom and sides of the mixing container. Mix only that amount which can be spread in 30 minutes.
Apply when surface and ambient temperatures range between 55 F and 95 F and will remain that way for 24 hours.
1. Immediately after mixing, pour entire mixture onto concrete surface in a ribbon.
2. Using a trowel or other type of squeegee, spread material over the surface at desired sq.ft. coverage rate per gallon. Advised not to apply thicker than 100 sq.ft./gal.
3. Using a 3/8” nap, non-shedding, phenolic (plastic) core roller, roll coating forwards and backwards smoothing out roller lines over the work area to a uniform flat finish.
100 sq. ft. per gallon at 16 mil thickness. 200 sq. ft. per gallon at 8 mil thickness.
NOTE: Proper PPE (personal protective equipment), including gloves, eye protection, and appropriate respiratory protection, must be worn at all times during the mixing and application of epoxy products.Mixing bucket and mixer/blades should be scraped out thoroughly and cleaned with solvents such as acetone or xylene. OSHA and the American Disabilities Act (ADA) have now set enforceable standards for slip resistance on pedestrian surfaces. The current coefficient of friction required by ADA is .6 on level surfaces and .8 on ramps. It is recommended that the use of angular slip-resistant aggregate in all coatings or flooring systems that may be exposed to wet, oily or greasy conditions. It is the contractor and end users’ responsibility to provide a flooring system that meets current safety standards. WideBond® or its sales agents will not be responsible for injury incurred in a slip and fall accident.
Use only with adequate ventilation. Appropriate cartridge-type respirator must be used during application in confined areas. Avoid contact with skin. Some individuals may be allergic to epoxy resin. Protective gloves and clothing are recommended.
